John Taylor, Some know some don't. I tie and collect vintage flies,when i can get time. Love salmon trout and Grayling fishing. My main vintage and tying collection interest is in the small flies, ie Size1, and below, especially when you get Size 6, and down. Tying in hand, my go to when tying vintage.Still doesn't mean i don't have, tie, or appreciate the larger .
Love the Kelson wing in the plates try to copy but thats been well debated
Stuart wee secret fingers do okay , pick up a double and hold it as though you were going to hand tie, thumb between the two bends

Popham 1/0 single, size 7 Double. Dusty miller single size 9, Double size 9. and just to show a size 4 low water logie that tying size on hook about the same as a 7. Not very good at the picture side of things. regards John
